The Private Retreat
A house held only for your circle. Sessions, silence and shared meals sequenced so the group softens before it speaks.
ECHOES OF SERENITY
Meditation and retreat practice for the people whose clarity is other people's livelihood. One circle at a time, held in full privacy, taught through the Awake Your Potential technique.
Echoes of Serenity is not wellness as amenity. It is attention treated as infrastructure — the one asset a leadership team cannot outsource, delegate, or buy back later.
Every programme is built for a closed circle: one team, one partnership, one founder. Nobody performs, because there is no audience. Everybody practises, because there is nothing else scheduled.
Open circles offer a place for one person at a time. The price is quoted per seat; we will share dates, availability and relevant details.
Beyond decompression, programmes for corporate sponsors provide clear executive performance and attention reporting to communicate organizational and decision-making benefits.
A house held only for your circle. Sessions, silence and shared meals sequenced so the group softens before it speaks.
Our technique, taught as a course: a repeatable sequence for settling the body, clearing attention, and meeting a decision without noise.
Brush, pigment, and no intention to make art. What the hand does when the mind stops steering — and what a team learns watching each other work in silence.
The method is deliberately small: three circles, always in this order. They are not steps to be completed and left behind — they are rings on the same water. Each one carries the last outward, and each one draws a response back from the others.
The first step is simple: helping the body feel safe enough to soften.
Through slower breathing, a longer exhale, and gentle awareness of the body, physical tension begins to ease. As the body settles, the mind usually follows. Thoughts become less urgent, the internal pressure drops, and there is more space to simply be present.
Relaxation is not about forcing yourself to “switch off.” It is allowing the body and mind to stop holding more tension than they need.
Its echo: a relaxed body and a calm mind makes restoration possible; a restored system relaxes faster the next time it is asked.
The circle widens again. After the body has slowed down and tension has eased, attention begins to return.
Restoration means more than resting. It is the process of giving your mind and body enough recovery to regain clarity, energy and perspective. You are no longer operating from what is left in the tank.
When attention is restored, connection changes too. You are more present with other people, more aware of what matters to you, and better able to reconnect with your sense of purpose.
And often, that connection restores us in ways that time alone cannot.
Its echo: restored attention is what makes reconnection honest — and reconnecting with people and purpose restores more than solitude ever does.
First, with yourself: your own sense of what feels right and important, your priorities and your direction. Then with the people around you: colleagues, partners, teams, family. And finally, with what gives your life direction and meaning.
Reconnection is about becoming present enough to listen properly, think clearly, face difficult questions without rushing to react. and finding that inner peace.
It also supports recovery.
The process becomes a natural cycle: relax, restore, reconnect, and begin again from a steadier place.
Its echo: reconnection returns to the body as ease — the next relaxation begins deeper than the last. The sequence closes into a circle, not a finish line.
Nothing in the identity is decorative. The sphere, the three circles and all five elements — earth, water, fire, air, ether — are the method rendered as an image. Read it once and you already know what we do.
A sphere is the one form with no edge, no front, no hierarchy — complete from every angle. It is gold because gold does not tarnish: what we work with in a leader is not damaged, only obscured. It floats half in water and half in air because that is where you actually live — one part in the current, one part in the open. The mark is not applied to it; it is in it, a watermark you only see when the light turns. Our techniques add nothing. They reveal what was already cast.
Three, because two is a pair and four is a list — three is the smallest number that can hold a beginning, a middle and a return. They are concentric, not sequential: one origin, three distances. The innermost is your own body and mind; the second, your energy; the third, the people and purpose waiting at the shore. And because they are rings and not steps, the outermost always comes back — every reconnection re-enters you.
Each one names a real part of the work — and a real part of the brand. They are read from the densest to the most subtle, the same order a session travels.
The house, the hours, the discretion — structure so complete that nobody has to manage anything. In the identity: warm stone, letterpress, weight. In the body: the first thing Relax asks for.
It records every disturbance, then returns to level unasked. The only element that both reflects and carries: you see yourself in it, and your effect travels to people you never speak to. Still water shows the mountain.
Fire is not urgency; it is the one thing that transforms rather than moves. It is our gold, our single warm light, the pigment in the painting session — and the moment a circle finally decides. Restore is what keeps it burning clean.
Breath is the only element of the nervous system you can operate by hand, which is why every session begins there. Air is also what moves a ripple outward: in a circle, one person’s longer exhale changes the room’s pace within minutes.

Ether is the openness that allows sound, presence and meaning to resonate. Without it there is no echo — and no name for this company. It is the silence between one ripple and the next: the space that receives what has been expressed and allows it to return. This is why Om sits at the heart of our mark.
And this is where the circle closes. What returns is never quite what went out — the body settles differently, the mind perceives differently, and the next beginning already carries something from the last.
“We arrived with a decision we had been circling for nine months. It was made on the second afternoon, in about forty minutes.”
“I expected a spa with a philosophy. What I got was the quietest, most useful three days of my working life.”
“The painting session undid the hierarchy in the room faster than two years of offsites.”
Four gatherings a year, each small by design. One ripple begins where the last one settles.
None. Most guests arrive sceptical and time-poor. The technique is taught from zero and judged by whether it survives a normal Tuesday.
That is the preferred form. A single closed circle from one organisation, with the retreat designed around the decision you are actually facing.
The house is held exclusively for your circle. No photography, no press, no guest names published — ever. Mutual NDAs are signed as a matter of course.
For a company circle, the programme is priced for the circle as a whole and tailored to the team, dates and location. For an open circle for individual guests, the price is quoted per seat. Write to Programs@echoesofserenity.ro and we will send the relevant details.
Echoes of Serenity is held by Sukha, also known as Sukharupa: a legal professional, contemporary artist and founder of SKR Studio. Her work brings together meditation, breathwork and painting meditation with more than twenty years of legal experience.
A considered practice for individuals, teams and boards. No hype. No forced disclosure. No obligation to perform.
Before a full programme, prospective corporate clients are invited to a teaser session and a conversation with one of our specialists. We use that time to understand the brief, the group and whether the programme is genuinely the right fit.
No guest photography. No press. No names published. Reflections are shared only with permission. For private circles, confidentiality can be formalised by mutual agreement.
The practices are educational and contemplative. They do not replace medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic care. If you are in acute distress or under relevant treatment, please speak with an appropriate clinician before joining.

Four days to disconnect, recover, and return with a clearer mind — held for one closed circle at Arboris, near Sibiu.

A small residential retreat at Arboris Country Estate for executives, founders, business owners and senior professionals living under sustained pressure. For four days guests step away from meetings, messages and constant availability, and enter a slower rhythm built around recovery, attention, nature, nourishing food and practical self-regulation.
The programme combines the Awake Your Potential method with guided meditation, breath practice, Kriya, Yoga Nidra, massage, journaling, walks in the estate forest, digital quiet, a private cultural morning in historic Sibiu, and generous unstructured rest.
It is offered either as an open executive retreat, taken individually, or as a private buy-out for one team, partnership or board. The rhythm is the intervention.
The measure is not how the last morning feels. It is what happens in the first hard meeting afterwards.
Breath and body-regulation practices that support composure under pressure.
Concentration and attention practices that reduce fragmentation and support focused thinking.
Short energising Kriya and conscious breathing that support steadier energy through the day.
Rapid-reset practices: notice activation, pause, and respond deliberately rather than reflexively.
Down-regulation, guided relaxation and Yoga Nidra to support genuine recovery out of work mode.

Massage, sleep, fresh air, breath practice, walks, nourishing meals and far less stimulation.

Meditation, concentration practice, journaling, long periods of quiet, almost no screen.

Practical self-regulation designed for real working life, not for the retreat itself.

A private guided morning in historic Sibiu, and a refined Transylvanian food experience.
A small, informal circle where conversation moves beyond job titles within a day.
Oaks, open walks and the presence of the estate's animals return attention to a slower scale.
The retreat reduces automatic screen use without asking senior professionals to become unreachable.
Menus are seasonal, generous and contemporary, drawn from Sibiu markets, local farms and regional producers. Saturday evening is the signature Transylvanian Table.

Nothing runs long, and nothing is compulsory. The full hour-by-hour programme is sent to each confirmed participant by email, individually.
Five short guided sessions — ground, clarity, charge, steadiness, restore — placed through the four days.
Morning and evening, never longer than the attention available.
What actually moves mood, energy, mental health and performance — the small practices worth keeping, and why they work.
The oak avenue, the birch alley and the hills behind the estate, walked slowly.
Written privately, shared only if you want to.
A trainable skill, taught plainly: how to hold one thing without drifting.
Brush, pigment, no intention to make art. Materials provided.
One individual massage each, by appointment across two afternoons — with painting, walks and sauna running in parallel.
A curated morning in the old town with a historian, unhurried and conversational.
Three meals a day sourced around Sibiu, and one long dinner that runs late.
An agreed, voluntary loosening of the phone — not a confiscation.
What you take home, written down before you leave.
Curated, unhurried and conversational — a walk with a historian rather than a sightseeing itinerary. Architecture, stories, local culture and Transylvanian Saxon heritage, ending at a table.
Guests stay at Arboris Country Estate in single or double rooms, with apartments available. For executive circles, single occupancy is the standard. Arboris lies near Sibiu and is reached via Sibiu International Airport; private airport transfers can be arranged on request.
Places for 12—15 November are limited. For retreat enquiries, write to Programs@echoesofserenity.ro. One of the two founders replies personally within two working days.
